Why? Since all other Canada-Russia games were reffed by Canadian refs
(i know this fact amazes and horrifies fans of all other s****ts, where
good s****tsman****p and fair play are respected and all games are
reffed by refs from neutral countires), I am sure that if the NHL and
the organizers are not as crooked as their former criminal leader Al
Eagleson, they will let a Russian ref do the Canada-Russia game in the
next Olympics (a hilarious idea,eh?), so I will have nothing to
complain about the ref.

Too bad the Olympics are held only in one city. Otherwise, the
organizers could keep on sending European games to play their games
first on hte West Coast, then on hte Eat, then again on the West, etc,
making sur ethey are too tired to play. That's how the (later)
convicted criminal Al Eagleson did in the Canada Cups. BTW, when asked
how long he would change the Canada Cup rules, he gave the famous
answer that became the notto of Hockey Canada: "Until I assure
Canada's victories in all matches".

The fairness and "good s****tspam****p" of Canadian hockey officials is
exemplified by the following little, unim****tant yet symbolic story:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada_Cup_%28ice_hockey%29
The 1981 win by the USSR caused controversy when Canadian officials
announced that the trophy would not be allowed to go home with the
winning team. A group of Canadian fans, feeling this was
uns****tsmanlike, raised money to produce a duplicate trophy to give to
the Soviet team.

No wonder Canadian hockey arrangements and "s****tsman****p" amaze the
fans of real s****ts, be it soccer, rugby, volleyball or any other
s****t under the sun, with the possible exception of baseball where US
officials have been almost as uns****tsmanlike.

Please understand me. I love Canada and Canadians. You guys may be my
most favourite people on Earth. But, aside from inventing puck hockey
in the first place, Canada has done too much to destroy what I value
most in hockey: fair and frequent top notch international competition,
and finesse hockey with blindingly fast skating, fancy whirlwind
movement and teawork and brilliant passing that used to be hallmark
Russia.

Like big machines like fire trucks and zambonis, eh? Or talk to the
entering players? :-)

Do so. But try not to stand next to the equipment like the targets.
People actually shoot at them. With real bullets. Not airsoft or
paintball. Really :-)
