Brits have supermarkets in Russia, Latvians don't-)) Brits had
British Council offices closed down in Russia (it was full of spies,
like in James Bond film). Brits had high-rank Russian killed by
another high-ranked Russian in UK capitol, nothing like this in Riga.
Brits have committed crimes against Ukraine too, many Ukrainians
running away from Soviet paradise were given shelter here after WWII.
I think on Lavrov's list UK is above Latvia. It is easier with
Estonia though, bronze sculpture was moved. As you pointed out in
another post: one doesn't have to do much (if anything) to offend
Russia. Russian politics needs an enemy to survive.
