Then some other EU members will be putting pressure on Lithuania.
Russia provides Europe with a third of its oil and 40% of its natural
gas. That cannot be turned off. Everyone knows it and so does Putin
(or Medvedev). One is for sure, more EU members are arguing between
themselves - more cheerful Putin will be.
