Mikhail, if you want to have some real wiew on world affairs, learn to
read sources critically. I read this piece up to statement about "=C4=CF
=D7=C8=CF=D6=C4=C5=CE=C9=D1 =D7 =D3=CF=D3=D4=C1=D7
=F2=CF=D3=D3=C9=CA=D3=CB=
=CF=CA =C9=CD=D0=C5=D2=C9=C9". If one writes about
occupations but calls occupation by one particular country "joining
the russian Empire" there is as less point to read further as in
manifests of some Estonian political prostitutes hailing "joining" of
Estonia with Soviet Union and Great Germany.
Other, you can take any conflict or war and you can made up sad
stories using just data about sufferings of one side. Problem with
such stories is, they give very distorted picture from particular
case. If someone knows nothing about European history and one german
wil tell him that 60 years ago USA, Russia, UK and France made up a
plot and killed about 10 million germans plus cleansed ethnically 25%
from Germany to turn in Polish, Czech and Russian land, that guy would
think for sure that those americans, russians, brits and frenchmen
were real bastards. You agree picture is incomplete without data about
German activities, even if all sufferings of germans are documented
person by person?
Third, I don't know can 17% of population claim souvereignity over all
others. Seems weird for me a bit.
