So he's your authority on whether I saw a Russian flag in Beograd or 
not? Did he watch the same news program? No, but he was the one who made 
this into a larger-than-life drama. As if a Russian flag in Beograd 
would have been less probable than those that were being waved in 
Mitrovica.

When I read what 'you guys' (the dias****a Russians in SCB) write and 
compare it with what comes from the Kremlin, there seems to be a shared 
genetic disposition at least to paranoia. There are also symptoms of an 
inferiority complex (perceptible throughout Russian history) which 
during periods of comparative wealth and/or power very easily transforms 
itself into aggression, self-assertion and ostentatiousness (just look 
at your nouveaux riches).
