Culprit, or hero? Latvia, hardly the darling of the Western media, has
recently been in the news consequent to its EU-record-breaking rate of
inflation. What better way is there to show that higher prices are
reflected as world-class competence than an incident like this?
Might we be dealing with a big, fat, saftig CONSPIRACY :-)?
The Ukrainian, if found to be thr fall-person, should at least be granted
the order of the falling derigible hanger.
