New Basque Language Group
I've started a mailing list for Basque.

Its focus is the language, but discussions about Basque culture are
also okay. Membership is moderated, and posts will be moderated after
the fact - i.e., if you post a political screed you'll be put on
moderated status and if you disregard warnings you'll get banned.
The list's linguae francae are Basque, English, Spanish, and French.
