Remember that a Fiscal Deficit is the difference between the tax gathered
in
a country and the expenditure in that country.
Question (1) - How can the English taxpayer be subsidising the Scots when
England has a large Fiscal Deficit?
Question (2) - If the English tax payers cannot meet their own
expenditure,
by such a large sum of money, who is subsidising them?
