Hmmmmmmm.... it's a glorious thought, but do not imagine that anyone
has the guts to see this through.


Historically it doesn't work. Remember the glaring example of the
Citizens' Arrest Inititative of 1990, the proposal to arrest all
known
vivisectors worldwide so as to force the issue of The Vivisection
Swindle out in the open via the courts...... nobody had the guts to
see it through...... not even Bette Overell or Javier Burgos........
