EC head 3 days before election and after spending millions of ringgit
declares that the ink bought for election use cannot be implemented

of infringement of the constitution. the ink is to ensure fair and
constitutional election
so what is the point of an election that EC head deem only fair and
constitutional if the ink is used and now we have to carry on with an
election that is not going tgo be fair and constitutional.
