I think that: I have worked in many areas, HM forces, education,
trans****t, industry, and office work. The only time I can say that there
were real equal op****tunities for all. Was when I served in the Army!
The only time the word fair play actually meant fair play to me.
Because: Even at school children are cast into a role or box biased on
class, dress, behaviour, and parent’s attitude. In civil industry it is
about being mates and towing the company/workmates line. In the Army you
work hard, and get recognised for it based on you and not the perception
of you.
