International court of Justice and international laws ... to be

by baldeagle <botakeagle@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Mar 27, 2008 at 05:13 AM

The USA violated an international law. According to International
court of Justice, a foreigner in the USA is entitled to receive help
from his consolate or embassy if his arrested in the USA (or in any
country who signed the ICJ treaty with the United Nations).

A Mexican arrested and charged in a Texas court was denied this
right...to receive legal help from his consolate. He was convicted
and due to be hanged soon.

The US supreme court, Chief Justice John Roberts ruled that the USA
can ignore international laws and the ICJ and.... to proceed to hang
the Mexican who was found guilty WITHOUT the legal help from his
country.

The USA ,...a proud nation ... with rule of laws ???
