Yawn.  Get a timer, one of those used for turning on your lights when
you're 
not home.  About 15 bucks at a hardware store.

Hook it to a toaster.  Fill the toaster with newspaper.  Jeez, doesn't 
anyone watch the Bourne movies?

Of course, the arson investigators will figure out it's arson in about two

minutes and you won't see a dime of insurance money.  A couple of hundred 
gallons of gas does tend to make things burn a little hot.

If you're doing this in Thailand, you might want to investigate prison 
conditions first.  Ever seen Brokedown Palace?
