Why only the blacks? The Palestinians get all sorts of handouts
ostensibly on the basis that they are uprooted from their homeland. Do
the Ilois, the natives of Diego Garcia, get anything for having been
driven out of their homeland? If the Palestinians were as impotent
(incapable of terrorism, incapable of catching the attention of
newsmedia) as the Ilois, would they get anything?
