British Moral Courage

by Salahoona <donal25@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 17, 2008 at 06:17 AM

We have boats and planes waiting off Burma if only they will agree our
terms. David Cameron, the leader of the opposition in the UK was the
only one who got it right =96 deliver the aid to the authorities in
Burma; even if only 20% of it gets through, it is better than doing
nothing.

There was a term in Ireland called =93soupers=94 - it was applied to
people of the Catholic religion who attended the soup kitchens
provided by people of a different Christian sect, during the Irish
famine. Meanwhile, 2,000,000 Irish people who were not Christian
starved to death.

You might wonder why the government in Ireland, or anyone else in
Ireland, might not have said the same thing. The truth is that they
are party to the murder of the non Christians who died in the Irish
famine =96 they have dirty hands.

I quote from the Irish Declaration of Independence::

=93In the name of God and of the dead generations from which she
receives her old tradition of nationhood, Ireland, through us, summons
her children to her flag and strikes for her freedom.=94

For =93freedom=94 read =93possession of land=94 - if you don't believe me,
read the whole do***ent.

We grabbed the land of the dead and sold some of our children into
prostitution to obtain forgiveness.

David Cameron makes me proud to be British.

Donal
