Like Karev said more than 100 years ago, the Macedonians will be friendly
with whoever is friendly and offers assistance to them. Then it was the
"Bulgar(ian)s" who pretended to be their friends, thus many Macedonian
activists saw the liberation of Macedonia "via Bulgaria". Unfortunately it
was only a FALSE dream which turned into a REAL nightmare.
