Every country has prostitutes. I don't mind for those girls who
greedier than basic needs and enjoying in ***. But some girls, women
are cheated/forced to happen prostitutes without their desire because
of poor economy and while struggling for their lives.
Please accept the true cause of why Myanmar is poor.
It is because of military government everybody knows it. (don't try to
cover dead elephant with goat's leather)
If SLORC handed the power over election won party, NLD, after election
in 1990 and Myanmar goes with democracy, Myanmar economy will be much
better than now. There also may not be economic sanctions. I am not an
NLD member. I respect them as people' elected representatives.
SLORC aka SPDC or U Than Shwe and groups betray Burma.
They broke their promise over Burmese people.
Shamelessly held national convention for 14 years and drew the
proposed constitution without people' representatives.
Shamelessly say democracy and in practically arrest the pro-democracy
people.
Of course take time. During that period military officials are
enjoying corruption.
If Tat Yin Hmu is not corrupted and cannot offer at least two digit
lahk kyat xx thein kyat to Tine Hmu (commander), Tine Hmu dismissed
that Tat Yin Hmu. Tine Hmu also offer (ga dot) to tat chote kyee U
Than Shwe, U Maung Aye for long lasting position and promotion.
A military official take bribe (bone) more than 100 thein kyat per
month. Although not all official cannot get that amout, there are many
officials getting that much amount from their corruption. How many
captain, major, cornel, generals in Myanmar?
How many billions kyat are wasting from Myanma's Budget to those guys
for many years nearly 2 decades?
Some top positions are getting thousand thein kyat 1,000 thein, over
2,000 thein kyat (x00,000,000 kyat) from the contract, project bids.
There is no fair competition in market economics.
If you pay thousand thein kyat, ok you get it system.
As the businessman has paid a lots money for bribe, he also returned
his services for the country equally cost. As no competition, removing
competitors in business, winner businessman can bully as he likes by
using those generals' power. As the generals took bribes, no
measurement or action upon those projects. Finally many things are
wasted to generals' pocket.
Of course as there is no system, no right to say their corruption, no
law, no court to sue their corruptions, Myanmar is spoiled, damaged by
lawless generals.
Therefore we want democracy. Therefore military generals are afraid to
practice democracy.
They may not hear/see oppositions to point out their bullies,
corruptions, lawless actions.
In democratic countries also have corruptions. But they can be pointed
out, can be sued.
So if democratic government do corruptions, they have to do stealingly
and if they are noticed, they are taken actions.
In military government system, no opposition, no one has right to say
their corruption, mistakes.
So military government can practice boundaryless corruption and
Myanmar has to suffer.
SPDC should stop their selfishness and see for the country and let
people elected government rule the country free and fairly without
military intervention. Please stop arresting democracy activists,
release them and let them help build the country.
Saying democracy and arresting democracy people is very ugly. If junta
starts changing positive ways today practically, people will accept
them tomorrow and Myanmar will get better soon.
