No immediate action has been taken by the government

Zomi says:

The SPDC is intent on clinging on to power and does not value human life,
as
long as that life is not the life of members of the SPDC. The hands that
itch to shoot innocent people do not want to help the victims of the
present
disaster.

Highlights:

To get cooking water we need to wait for three to four hours. No immediate

action has been taken by the government. Even now all things are still on
the ground.

Dear all,

Greeting to you from Myanmar. We, some of us are still alive. Praise the
Lord all your fervent prayers meant our lives.
I woke up in the middle of the night for prayer with my wife and we heard
a
sounding storm at the window. We can't sleep from the midnight and
praising
God in the middle of the storm. The sounding became more louder and
louder,
eventually we just open our eyes and saw that this was a cyclone forcing
everything onto the ground. We expect to stop before the dawn but it never

did, until the next after noon.

My house is on the 8th floor, and all the windows are made of glass, so
all
activities of the cyclone could be seen and I took videos and many
pictures
as well for my record.

Most of the trees, electric pillars and wooden houses are crushed down and

are swept away, some are still without roof and we all still in fear. I
will send some pictures of how devastated Yangon is and looks like now.
People's hearts are still in fear and walking every where on foot because
no
buses are running. To get cooking water we need to wait for three to four
hours. No immediate action has been taken by the government. Even now all

things are still on the ground.

In our New Life Pre-school families, many of them lost their houses and
they
came to my New Life Preschool and took refuge. There are 6 family who
lost
their houses. My church members in the city are doing well but the family
in
the remote areas are suffering without houses to stay, proper foods and
clothes and basic needs.

Today is the first day we could access the internet.

This cyclone effected Yangon Division, Mandalay Division, Irrawaddy
Division, Pagu Division and Rakhine State. Thanks for your prayers and
sharing this news to friends. We need your prayers. I believe that God is
in
control and we put our trus in HIM. Yangon became like a jungle and looks
like a war zone.

Yours co-heir in His Kingdom,

Pastor xxx
