You are MISTAKEN if you believe Myanmar's is a FAILED DICTATORSHIP.
As the world looks upon the cyclone tragedy with disbelief and horror,
the dictators are in complete and absolute CONTROL of what is a de
facto giant prison.
And they are not nearly as concerned with looking weak as they are
that "outsiders" like the U.S. will blow the whistle on the junta's
CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.
