The generals (aka thugs and goons) are not merely refusing foreign aid,
they
are confiscating aid delivered to Burma, and leaving it to rot on the
tarmac.
Fortunately at least, the ROC team has gotten in and is providing some
relief
to a few.
The news from Burma is dreadful and it is going to get worse so long as
Burma
is ruled by thugs and goons.
