I have no denial of whatever you were talking here. Where are you all
when
it happened and is happening. But you are exchanging the ideals which
is
somehow I appreciated.
STORY (1)
I would let you know something what something really happened inside
shameless.
As aid comes now in a row from neighbor countries, UN and U.S these
days. All
the soldiers have nothing to do but ****ft the load from the crafts to
cargo houses.
Then respective officers are coming to get those packs under the name
of respective
office or ministry. Then they again transfer those packs into local
authority called
MaWaTa and YaWaTa.
There a shameless story comes now *(in Yangon division). When officers
transfer those
packs into local authority, they ask the receipt of packs from MaWaTa
and YaWaTa that
they receive packs in umber regardless what are inside. MaWaTa and
YaWaTa people
quickly sign it and open to check. They peeled of the packs and
covers, piled staffs in
same kind, such canned food, condensed milk, etc..etc.
You know what happens. When they see a pack of jeans, they just don't
juxtapose in the
pile; bringing them quickly to their rooms and put aside their table
to make sure that they
are not necessary to the needy in the disaster. these are fa****on
staffs for their sons,
daughters, relatives or even for themselves. Officiers witnessed it,
but not a business or
a duty they are assigned. They rather shut their mouths and back
wondering if the Japanese
made generators donated by Japanese Government might be transformed
into cheaper Chinese
made generators making profits between price gaps.
STORY (2)
This happens in Seik-Kyi-Kha Naung To. Rice are delivered for a long
trial to recognize them
as victims because they were overlooked by the severe disaster in
Delta Region. However,
local convinced that there are hundred homeless.
In the delivery, it is informed that it is aid from some other
countries as donation. The rice are
in bad condition broken into 2 times fold or so. Lucky enough they are
not powder. And the
potions of what they said they gave are definitely less. Some curious
man found it when they
scaled it.
As the needy compromise that a mouse in the pot is rather better than
nothing in the pot. They
just took it and happy. But they don't know happiness of the local
authorities are much heavier
than they are. Period.
Note: (1) I don't mean to insult the people who really helps in good
spirit but to make aware those
idiots under government.
Note: (2) story 1 came from the trusted source from government, and
story 2 came from a friend of
mine who lived there.
I guess by now, this government and this people is nothing to blame at
all. Politicians, Militias and
op****tunists under the same sky.
