Hi I think mogyothwar is now asking back to his beloved land and thus
it is
taking time to answer or no answer or solution has been found out by
now.
He should come back with a explanation which is worth to listen. I'm
sure
that there are always lullaby and fairy tales that please them at the
top level.

Mean while I'm not interested in those thugs selling the aid packages
but
three biscuit story.

STORY (3) a story of three biscuits presents

There is a foreign investor in Myanmar who has been married to a
Burmese
girl *(for 3 years now) has come back from Naypyidaw the other day. As
he arrives to his office in Yangon, he has something to show to his
senior
assistant ladies about his present from Naypyidaw. Guess what? It's
energetic
biscuits assumed the aid by UN or U.S. The question comes how come it
is
in Naypyidaw up in the country while the effected area is down???
So one of his senior lady staff who has her husband employed in
Naypyidaw
made a call, to get some biscuits for her.

Next day, it arrives and she has one which is not worth to eat it
immediately
when nobody sees that she has one same as the boss had. So she shows
almost everybody in the office of the biscuit she received from her
husband
that it is energetic and once you eat it, it can last for a day or so.
blur..blur

A lady in the office now wonders that if all aid must have reached to
all the
needy, the needy should have been rich by now than they are.
