british government moves war****ps into the region

the british government under gordon brown has ordered its war****ps to
move into the region surrounding burma. they demand that burma accept
british aid and are prepared to use force to ensure their foreign
policy objectives are met. they intend to indiscriminately drop
blankets and headache pills in the amount of 5 million pounds.

what does the british government want in exchange for this generocity?
mating rights?
