Yes but only on special visits.  They do not patrol SE Asian waters
and not on east side Indian Ocean waters.  They have no base and no
normal business in that area.

These ****ps arrived promptly (one or two days sail) and were not
configured for relief operations.  Do look at the WIKI picture and
specs for the Lynx. The helicopter normally carried will be an ASW
helo.  A fully ***ed up ASW Lynx has little if any room for
passengers.  You certainly don't want outsiders in that helo messing
around with all that hardware.  Now figure out the **** the ****p's
captain will be in if that helo develops mechanical problems while
carrying out relief work.  Its not even about cra****ng.  Its just
about the misuse and degradation of a critical weapons system.
