As the KR Tribunal begins to gain legitimacy and interests from the
public at large, it's also necessary to improve its financial,
administrative and time table. As it scales up its role and
responsibility, it can further exercise its authority and influence on
world public opinion and expand the global perception about war, crime
and sane international relations.
This is an op****tunity for the UN as much as for the Cambodian people
to bring the pursuit of justice to the next level of ethical and
international standard.
