Funcinpec/CPP economy: this happens when both parties in conflict work
to resolve the issues together in tandem and in collaborative mode. It
lasts 3 years from 2004 to 2006. For each one of these years, the rate
of growth of the economy is above 10.0.
The rate of economic growth dramatically drops when the CPP
collaborates less with Funcinpec as it feels it has enough POWER to
solve the problems. But by looking at the outcome from the economic
perspective, the number does not substantiate the arrogance.
Cambodia's economic growth for 2007 is 8.5 when the CPP begins to
asserts its muscle to push many good folks of Funcinpec out from the
coalition government. It's still favorable. However, it's far less
meaningful and productive than when the two parties work together as
principled by the agreement of 2004.
This is a lesson for the future.
