would not be accepted by any country except Cambodia. "At the Council

had been announced, and this figure was used to be included in the
development re****t, describing it as part of Cambodia's economic
growth, but finally this development company makes cake without flour,
because it conducts the development of a sister city by starting to
announce the sale of houses and land to Khmer citizens to get money to
construct the buildings.
