RHB Bank Pledges S$1.5 Million For Singa****e Football
SINGA****E, April 11 (Bernama) -- RHB Bank Berhad has pledged another S
$1.5 million for the RHB-Singa****e Cup football tournament and the
local football fraternity in the next three years, the Malaysian bank
announced Friday.
The bank said the new pledge brought its sponsor****p of Singa****e
football since 2005 to S$3 million.
RHB Bank Singa****e Country Head Lim Hun Joo said the bank's
partner****p with the Football Association of Singa****e and the local
football fraternity had been very fruitful and rewarding as they were
able to cultivate Singa****eans' passion for football and s****ts.
Speaking at the RHB Sponsor****p Renewal Launch and RHB-Singa****e Cup
Draw 2008 here, Lim said since its foray into local football, the bank
had helped nurture and add vibrancy to Singa****e's s****ts industry.
A total of 12 local football teams and four invited teams from
Thailand, Brunei and Cambodia will take part in the RHB-Singa****e Cup
competition which will begin this May and ends in November.
