In the opposite of that mindset, I've seen folks who are very
motivated and who are putting more than their fair share into the
working situation like enduring sleep deprivation and going after the
work on hand. But that's not the way to have quality workman****p,
healthy contribution to the community or even overcoming psychological
and cultural barriers of the business and professional development.
Good quality workman****p and outstanding service depend on the right
combination of knowledge, communication and work performance. This is
the work of intelligent and sensible resource allocation. It's neither
the product of hard work or sloppy mentality.
