from fire and quakes.there is a high probability that steel structure
have been compromised in order to cut cost. This practice is common
in asia. in the earth quake zones the buildings are deadly. it would
be wise for china to map out all records of earthquake zones in china
and learn to build design structure like japanese cities where high
risk of quakes occur.
