It may be fantasy. But he's a billionaire and he has a methodology.
It's not my money. A lot of Cambodian American folks in the US are
doing the same thing, moving money from their home equity or borrowing
money against the equity in the US and buying or reinvest it in
Cambodia.

According to the feedback, the value of the investment has so far
moved up dramatically. But some of these people are buying properties
for retirement and investment at the same time.

=46rom what I know, private equity does not give a damn about politics
or productivity. Its only mission is to increase valuation of its
holdings. Once it thinks that the rate of growth is about to become
negative, it begins the process of liquidation. It has no love for
company like the average investor or professional worker who cares
only about the arts and sciences of its profession.
