Yes !
We are going to set up a new system inside each country, a
new Constitution for almost all countries. What you can do is

It comes complete with
extensive theory, worked out new Constitution with 239 laws and their
reasons (including law-change protocol), a democracy computer program
for online verified voting (free, GPL), detailed multi-scenario
implementation planning, more. Right now it seems that the ideal
scenario for implementation might be shorted out if a higher level of
chaos is going to enter the system. Therefore we will probably have to
resort to a combination of the bottom-up and/or top-down implementation
methods, which work side-by-side no problem. This is not ideal,

learning economics and ratifying my proposal maybe, the sooner we
may get it up and running both without chaos, during (which would

One of the things you could do immediately is download and print out
or buy my book (bit pricey now if you have dollars, but that's only
going to get worse I guess) so that in any event: you have a fall-back.
At least Internet still works. Suppose war broke out now and cables get
cut (maybe the Bushes want to take the USA down to full dictator****p
and attack whatever, or maybe USA gets attacked who knows), what
then. Who knows how to set up an economy ? The only one I know of
is Moshe Rabbeinu, but people stopped listening to him to their own
detriment, Jews included. Chance people will suddenly realize the
truth in the Torah is remote, they've been trying for 3500 years
and still don't get it.
The new Nations would be kingdoms in size by the way (not princelets or
empires), and have an elected and re-electable King or Queen with a
defined role. No ark of Noah needed because of the promise not to
sink the Earth again, I guess. However, think of your home as all
that you've got in case of chaos, your base. Can't go to the grocery
when its all chaos. When setting up a new model and Government,
that takes some time and effort. It is then good to have your hands
free. With enough food buffer in the population it is possible to do
intelligent things right away: booting up the Government

is more then enough) and it is neither too late (total chaos has not
