Tibet had an open border with India for most of its history.
The 200,000 Tibetan people in India are always welcome to stay as long
as they want. Or as long as they have to.
The Tibetans are a dias****a now, and will always look to reclaim their
land from the Han chinese, even after centuries have passed.
