You are right. It is a bicycle and that is a guy. My original post
was stamped 9.40 GMT which means it was during the wee hours in
Mountain Standard Time. Sticky eyes, brain fog, etc. The bike's
handlebars looked like a baby carraige's and the absence of any
resistance on the small sized victim's part gave me the first
impression of a woman pu****ng a baby carraige. My usual response to
any danger happening to someone else is to look at what is happening
around the main event and everything looked inconsistent as described
in my earlier post.
