No, but the unhappiness of the Tibetans is something that is not
addressed honestly by the Chinese goverment. They say it is all
outside agitators or just a few separatists. There's a lot more to it.
The CCP can't just paint it all with the broad brush of "outside
agitators". There is real dissatisfaction there and they can't make it
go away by denying it exists.

Ethnic cleansing it's not. To say it is is an insult to the Tibetans,
