I am not impressed by the aggressive stance of Darth Cheney and his
Dark Lord either. They certainly are not shy about directing US
policy against the will of the US democratic majority, It is still
official Bush policy to ignore th e polls at their convenience but
also to take full advantage of a momentary 50.01% show of tolerance
to force through a flawed policy with hidden clauses.
It is even flawed to say that the US is a democracy. It is far from
it. It is a Republic using the preCaesar days of Rome as a model.
To save further argument it is simply a Republic similar to China. In
the US , it is almost lie a one party system where many US citizens
can not really tell if choosing one candiddate over another will
really make a difference.
Perhaps that is why we have an eelction in Novemebr, and that is to
trhow the Republicans out of office s a rewrd fro their poor
international leader****p and reluctance to help the little guy on the
domestic front, preferring instead the politcal sup****t of the
inustrial military complex and dollar banking system.
I am disturbed to think that the US appears to be choosing the route
of global oil control while keeping the world economy dependemt on oil
like itself.
I have clearly suggested Walmarts light bulbs, made in China, and a
****ft to natural gas and diesle is preferred to gasoline.
Apparently word is not simply good enough to suggest the value of
natural gas. I just seem to remember that it is already distributed
locally and the gas companies simply provide terminlas to refuel
natural gas vehicles be they fuel celled or combustion engine.
I'll double check the figures, but I seem to rememember based on 10
cents per killowatt-hour, one can get one killowatthour worth of
energy from 3 cents of natural gas at the 10 dollar price,
I did notice Iran has a huge reserve of natural gas, so it is natural
that Iran maintains sovereignty concernig control of its own natural
resources.
It is suggested that the nuclear excuse being used to accelerate
hostilty towards Iran is a mask for increased tensions with China and
US fears of its sup****t for Iran.
The current US administration has a reputation of making meaningless
and false calims and promises.which is the major reason why th eUS
public wishes for a change.
The war talk from Cheney and McCain this week has been disturbing, and
it seems they even think they can rally a 50.1% tem****ary advatage so
a war against China and IRan may beinitiated and the administration
uses the donot switch horsesin the moddle of a vilent river as an
excuse.
War with either China or Iran woul dgive MrBush an excuse to decalre
martia law anad suspend elections,
We are hoping this is far fetched, but so would we think it is far
fetched to be stupid enough to initiate war with Iranover the curretn
given reasons.
The very tak from Cheney and Bush more than justifies deleivery of
nuke weapons technology to Iran to prevent US control of Iranian
resources.
US accelerated hostiltiy towards China is also sensed and it is
noticed that US media and Bush policy are so very intertwined. US
public televison and rai mediais very Republican as it depends on
cor****ate advertiser money much the same as corproate money sponsored
MrBush and company onto White House.
Wal Street seems all doom and gloom concerning an upcoming democratic
adminstration.
I observe the need to raise interest rates to draw foreign capital
back into creating good paying US jobs, and not $7.50 service jobs
dependent on an economy of disposable income or the $7.50 an hour or
less paid to immigrant labor to harvest America's mos precious
resource, because the cor****ations rfuse to pay a wage earner enough
to sup****t a family. Before Reagan, it was possible for a single wage
earner to sup****t a family. This is no longer possible.
another Reagan economic expansion would require three workers to
sup****t a household or perhaps four.
Being aware of the problems of 1987, high interest rates discouraged
the home market as it was not economical to sign into a contract with
such high interest rates.
Tightening of credit took the nation from 1929 to 1932. The true
effects of the 1929 crash were not felt right away, and Republicans
under Hoover only created anticonsumer policies which drageed US
deeper into depression.
With this in mind, itis possible to have a silent market crash where
we do not see a 1929 black Friday, but we could have a virtual
economic collapse which results in a three year very severe economic
decline.
It is high;y dangerour for the US toplay nternational bully while it's
own domestic operations are in such poor economic shape.
It is known that som people thin that war is the olution for
recession and depressions.
We must remebr Bush's banks profited by investing in Hitler as well as
he built up the German nation during the 1930's.
We see that the Bush family still stands behind its loyal sup****ting
dictators.
We wonder with Tibet. Why now?
One can only suspect US politcal sabotage of any potential economic
benefit for Cina of hosting the Olympic games.
It is also unconveniently tiedm with a swing in Taiwan sentiment
towards reunification with China.
One wonders how much of this Tibet an action is actuallyinstigated by
Bush's CIA while Darth Cheney goes beating his master's war drums.
We remind US once agina that the conversion of th eUS infrastructrue
away from th euse oof gasoline as the peeferred fuel is encouraged
not only to reduce consumptionof oil Fossil fuel burning , be it coal
or gasoline pollutes while we rely on a depleting resource with a
liited lifetime as the life blood for an economy.
The life blood of an economy is the ability to do work and
manufacture, and we must remeber overmnaufactruing is easily
sympomatic so as to cuse price fluctuations io accordance with
classical economic theory. Classical economic tehory is not valid
concerning the next twenty years and it needs to be revised to better
coordinate the econoics of enrgy distribution and the world dependence
on a good energy infrastructure for our future survival and peaceful
coexistence.
Obaam took a lot of flak concernig his statement of drawing fromt he
strategic oil resereves to lower prices. I beleicve the more correct
term would be ro coordinate the strategic oil reserves to buffer
prices not o control them. It is suggested that either he or Hillary
could lead US into switching over to natural gas whiile further
development is made concering efficiently using natural gas for
vehicular trans****tation, heating and air conditioning.
I do understand why Detroit does not make more natural gas vehicles
avaialble, and that is because natural gas distributoon cneters are
not encouraged.
If it is mandated that in order to have a license to sell gasoline a
fueling station needs to also have natural gas "pumps", I am certain
that the oil comanies will put such pumps into place fast enough to
accept Detroit's new fleet of natural gas vehicles.
At $13,000 for a 75KW natural gas engine, I am certain that natural
gas vehicles will be engineered to be econoically affordable so htat
it is easy for world economy to ****ft over to natural gas while we
further develop safer nuclear technology.
This does require the quieting of war drums.
with respect to the Tibet and China problem, it is unfortunate that
Tibet has to choose a bad time to drawa ttetnin to itself. We may be
sensitive to the concerns of Tibet and desire from independence from
China but this is an old issue.
It takes two to tngo, so I do not think US is uninvolved with this
conflict, but is acting as an instigator. What if China sees US is
meddling in Tibetan affairs the same way US accuses Iran of meddling
in US-Iraqi affairs. Some where in the line of thought, Republicans
play down im****tance of a peaceful border beween Iran and Iraq which
is impossible while US occupies Iraq.
Before US points a finger at China and Tibet, it should look in the
mirror and consider the role of the US in Iraq and how it lied to
invade.
It should also look in the morror and reconsider which nation is
actually the greatest threat to world peace and economic security.
As the Republican administrationis insenitve to the needs of the US
citizen, the US public is reluctant to get involved in hostile comabat
with a dragon.
Now Sir George, of course, may feel obligated to take on the dragon.
Actually, I believe that Emperor Bush is simply ruffling his feathers,
looking tough so he can give election sup****t for his boy McCain. It
is easy to threaten Iran, since that is only a sample of the hot air
that Wa****ngton and its staff are notorious for.
The threat of military action against Iran is merely a cmpaign stunt
and is not an actual threat.Iran can rightfully take it as a threat
though. It is not believed for a moment that Congress will permit any
more US preemptive wars, but we lso know that Mr Bush may bypassthe
voice of his opposion anyway while he uses executive privelege to do
whatever he wishes.
Hillary is reminded that her refusal to stand more firm against the
curretn Republican congress aand the curretn admisntration during her
tenure as Senator has me reluctan to endorse her. She still is double
talking about theoriginl raq invaion vote, but I have noticed that hse
and Oabama have voted in a very similar fa****on, so I do not ee that
comapring eachother;s Congessional record will show much difference
htan policies they endorse and promise while campaigning for the
highet office in the US.
the thought of Obama and Richardson sounds more likley than Oabam/
Clinton. The petty squabbling iniititated by the clinotn camp only
jea****dizes her cahnces, while we see am Obama/Richardson ticket can
easily provide the Democrats a landslide vicory over the Republicans
this November,
It is criticl that Hillary anounces oppostion to any US action against
Iran , else her election chances as either President ofr Vice
President will become nonexistent.
MSNBC does provide both sides of the story and WallStreet would really
be delightend by the effects of a US balanced budget and reobtaining
the economic benefit of peace.
Under Bush I suggested in 2001 his policies woul dhave oil to $100 a
barrel by the time he leaves office. It sounded absurd then, butitis
reality now, and a depreciating dollar has alot to do withthe apparent
increas in the price of oil. As the dollar has decreased i value,
$3.00 is buying what $1.75 bought in 2001.
I do seem to remember gas to be near $1 a gallonfor the longest period
of time until the current admisntrartion felt it would be conveninet
to depreciate the dollar to make US product sales more ocmpetitive
while eignrignthe other consequences. Hence we understand that mos of
theincrease inthe price of fuel as seen by th eAmercican consumer is a
result of excessive Federal spending and overextensionof US credit.
The song and dance we have seen over the recent weeks has still not
addressed the more im****tant issues.
It grieves me to see Obama brutalized, and perhaps I hold biththe
Republicans and Hilalry respnsible for the recent press reelases
intended to do damage to the Obama campaign, yet we realize this is
qute fair in American politics, as well as revealing correct
perpsectives for anyone to see and judge for themselves given the
proper reasoning. is of value as well.
We are now wondering if an Obama/Richardson ticket is a better choice.
In this case Obama seems to have a choice of two excellent VP
candidates
we certainly are aware that it is to Republican interest to create
divisions in the democratic sup****t of democratic candidates. The
Trinity church press release is now associated as a McCain election
ploy.
