The uniform in the photo had been canceled in 2005, the armed
policemen had been not uniformed like that for 3 years. That is to
say, the photo must be taken before 2005. In china, the armed
policemen are usually appionted to be actors for official movies, so i
guess the soliders was preparing for movie, not for battle.
