Tuna, the article about the minerals and oil, is disinforation based
on a truth. The resources exist, but it is not profitable to exploit
them, because the required investements in a mountaneous region like
Tibet are much larger than the profits.
Tibet, unfortunately, is not viable economically.
As you know, the governent is not stupid. There is a very good reason
(lack of profitability) because they have not exploited those
resources yet. They subsidiazing Tibet each year with billions if they
could save some money they would do inmediately.
