It is not about other Tibetan refugees...it is about Dalai
Lama.
Is he sincere about resigning as the political leader
of Tibetan exiles (government in exile) or is he just
playing games ?
If he was sincere, he should give up his political
talks about talks with Beijing on better terms for self
rules....
All he need to do ..is to get on a plane and return to
Tibet..... to serve as the religion leader of Tibet...in
preparation for his reincarnation.
If he is playing game...then the next Dalai Lama
may be an Indian baby.
All Tibetans will curse him..and blame him for this....
Hence forth, Tibetans will no longer have a Dalai Lama
as their leader, The Dalai Lama's soul is lost for ever)
