Taiwan lawmakers have the power of impeachment. Don't worry, even if
Chen doesn't have to answer to the ROC legislative branch, the US
State Department - he stil have to answer to the 500 Chinese missiles
pointed at him (granted some are blanks, as Lee Tenghui told us.)
