1. Are there free and fair village chief elections in China? (Tough
question. If you say "yes" you contradict yourself. If you say "no", you
show how little integrity you have.)
2. Can the elected village chief overrule the CCP? (Another tough
question. If you say "yes" you show how little intellectual integrity you
have. If you say "no", you reveal that the CCP can both conduct and
ignore the free elections in China.)
