1. Being a Jew is a personal choice. One is a Jew if one says one is, or 
not. Procedures for application for member****p and for conversion vary 
depending on which synagogue one applies to.

2. Being entitled to privileges of a Jew (immigration, etc) provided by 
Israel is a matter for Israeli law. I am not able to judge whether Israel 
would consider him a Jew.

3. For sure, the "****ing Boudha" is a moron.
