Aligning with the world mindset...

In a world as imperfect as it is, good deeds can be perceived bad
while bad deeds good.

In my opinion, it is about time for the leader****p in Beijing to adopt
a different mindset. For example, instead of condemning the protest
and defending China's policy in Tibet, the foreign affair spokesman of
China could have suggested that the Chinese government has a tradition
of tolerating opinion difference and thus understood the sentiments of
the protesters. This would have immediately diffused a lot of anger.

In addition, I think the Beijing leader****p should also learn to get
used to a more transparent political culture. After the Lhasa riot,
the government of China should have allowed foreign re****ters to room
at will the way foreign re****ters were allowed to room LA at will
after the LA riot. Personally I think the Chinese authority has
exercised much more restraint than it should in the Lhasa riot but the
way they handled the situation, especially the state-staged visit by
foreign re****ters, has defeated the purpose and helped paint itself as
a big bully!

Old habits die hard....
