It was no accident James R. Lilly was appointed Ambassador to China.
He had 25 years experience in the CIA:

stint as Ambassador to China was marked by the Tiananmen Square

studied Chinese Classics at Hong Kong University and Columbia

chaos and dissension  for China to bring down the government of China
and replace it with an American puppet government controlled by

If I can proof it, then the CIA would be any good.  Even the Congress
of the U.S. can not account for anything on the CIA.  That is how
secret the CIA is.  The appointment of James R. Lilly as ambassador to
China was no accident.  It was calculated in minute details to place
him as the head of the CIA in China from the U.S. ambassay itself as
the base of operation.

Elections and human rights are the biggest way for the U.S. to destroy
other country's intrastructures.  When a country is not ready for
democracy and elections, placing new unfamilar people in new offices
are the best way to make a mess in the country.  Look at the
Philippines.  They have been trying to get democracy going for
decades.  Look at India, the biggest demicracy in the world.  Are
there any democracy in any of those countries? No, only a mess, and
nothing gets done.
