When the Western press says good things about China, that shows that
China is good. When the Western press says bad things about China,
that shows that the press is bad. He wants to have his cake and eat
it.

Yes, it is very clear that despite the things the Chinese government
says, and what some people on this NG shamelessly assert without any
evidence, a lot of Tibetans are unhappy with Chinese rule.
