I heard from on 'historian' that Tibet in 7-8 century once ruled the
Hans and predominated in the Hans central government.  So by occupying
the government of the Hans---if it were true---they allowed themselves
to become a part of the Chinese population.  We may have an African
American soon as the president in the US and perhaps a Hawaiian
somewhere down the line...
