What if the Scotts also claim Liverpool and Manchester and claim that
the English there are illegal immigrants and need to be cleansed?

Most people in the West
a) have no idea where is Tibet.
b) believe that the only people living in Tibet are Tibetans, the rest
are illegal immigrant that ought to be cleansed.
