It is a pity that the media coverage of the riots in Tibet were
unprofessinally handled when it cme to captions asociated with photos.
However, it needs to be noted that the riots were the culmination of
events
that actaullay began days earlier when the Chinese invaders clamped down
and
detained those commorating the uprising against oppression in 1959.
The CCP propaganda fuelled campaign that follwed accusing the western
media
of bias is without merit. Its sounds the same as Japanese rightists that
point at evidence that is of questionable accuracy wrt the Nanjing
Massacre
as proof that it did not occur. Both instances are extremely dishonest
reprehensible.
What is happening in Tibet now - it is closed off -what is the CCP got to
hide ? - probably a lot given there past history.
Recall the lies given the death toll around the Tiananmen Square Massacre.
Ask the "mothers of Tiananmen Square" or even the recall the SARS
cover-up.
Recall the shooting of the Tibetan refugees in the mountains filmed by the
Europena climbers - china claimed self -defense - of course it is a
western

If the indoctrinated citizens of China are angry with the disdain and
scorn
directed at China, look at the behaviour of the CCP regime.
I personally hope the disgracful games goes to hell, that re****ters ask at
every news conference of the athletes what their opinions ar of Tibet, and
the appalling human rights situation in China. I truct that they have the
integrity to be honest and inform them selves of the reality.
