Apologies if I'm treading old ground in asking this, but I'm new so
it=92s a way of getting my bearings.
Do the contributors here believe that China will live up to the hype
it gets in the media and go on to be the next world Superpower, and if
so how long do you think this rise may take? Alternately if you don=92t
think the country will make this step which factors do you believe
will be instrumental in restraining it?
I'm somewhat undecided on the issue as a certainly see the potential
for a Superpower but question whether China can meet the internal and
external challenges it must to continue its current level of progress.
