It is believed that the Taliban
has been hiding in Pakistan
licking their wounds after being
kicked out of Afghanistann several
years ago by the USA. Recently
news re****ts suggest that the
Taliban forces are now returning
to Afghanistan hoping gain back
control from the USA led coalition
forces.

False.
It's not likely US-led Coalition forces in Afghanistan will
widen their military operations outside Afghanistan. However,
there is a high probablity that the military conflict inside
Afghanistan is increasing. Recent re****ts (e.g.
CBSnews/60 minutes) suggest that the Taliban
military operations/activities are increasing in
Afghanistan. US military sources indicates that
the Taliban forces that are returning to Afghanistan
are better trained and their commanders are
deploying their forces in a much more sophisticated
and professional/effective manner
Currently the main threat to Nepal's monoarchy led government
is from Maoist(communist) insurgency.
After the PRC(China) invaded and overthrew the Tibet theocracy
in 1959 - - Tibet no longer has a government ot overthrow.
IIRC, the USA (via the CIA) at one time provide minor
light arms to a Tibetan insurgency - but from what I understand
that program was halted in 1972 with Nixon's visit to China.
A India-Pakistan border dispute is the main military
conflict risk bor both India and Pakistan. Currently,
the USA is working to be on friendly terms with both
Pakistan and India. Like China, India and Pakistan
are regional nuclear powers.
